Born in Italy and trained in the Neapolitan tradition, I founded Azzurri Pizza Catering to bring authentic wood-fired pizza straight to your events — weddings, birthdays, corporate parties — across Sydney and Paris.
Over 1,200 events in 8 years, from intimate Bondi backyards to chateau weddings in Versailles. Every pizza is hand-stretched with 00 Caputo flour, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fresh fior di latte and a 48-hour slow ferment.
