The totals below are the base food cost only (unlimited pizza, pizzaiolo, mobile oven, setup, dessert pizzas included). A modest service fee is added in writing on your quote — and because that fee is a one-off, your effective cost per head drops the more guests you cater for. Every Azzurri package includes the mobile pizza oven, professional pizzaiolo, fresh dough made daily, premium toppings, on-site cooking, dessert pizzas, full setup and complete cleanup. Bronze includes buffet table setup; Silver adds napkins and plates; Gold adds full tableware and a complimentary waiter.

Is there a minimum number of guests for pizza catering in Sydney?

Yes — 30 guests is the minimum for any Sydney pizza catering booking. This keeps the mobile pizza oven economically viable and ensures every guest gets unlimited fresh pizza without the queue building up. For events under 30 guests, our Sydney Pizza Cooking Class is usually a better fit.

Do prices include setup and service?

Yes — all package prices ($25 / $30 / $35 per guest) include the pizzaiolo, mobile pizza oven, fresh dough and toppings, on-site cooking, complete setup and cleanup. A service fee covering staff hours, travel within Sydney metro and event coordination is added in writing on your quote.

Do you cater Sydney weddings and corporate events?

Yes — weddings and corporate events are our two largest event categories in Sydney. We cover Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches and most of the Sydney metro area. ABN-registered invoicing, $20M Public Liability and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate are provided on request for corporate venue compliance.

Can the menu be customised for my Sydney event?

Bronze offers 9 set pizza varieties and Silver offers 12 set varieties (both lock in the menu pre-event for catering efficiency). Gold gives you a fully customisable menu — choose any combination of toppings, dietary alternatives (vegan base, gluten-free base), or signature pizzas you want featured. Coeliac and vegan-only guests are accommodated at no extra cost across all packages.
