• Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider and Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, browser, referrer, pages visited).
• Chatbot transcripts if you use the on-site AI assistant.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request and book your event.
• To send service-related emails (booking confirmation, deposit receipt).
• To improve our website (aggregated analytics only).

We do not sell your data, share it with marketers, or contact you for unrelated promotions. Quote enquiries are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and accounting purposes, then deleted.
