We arrive 60-90 minutes before start to set up the oven, prep the dough station and brief safety basics.

Yes, provided the deck is level, has the 4×6m clear footprint, can hold the oven weight (~250kg loaded), and has a ventilation path. A timber deck on supports usually works — we do a pre-event safety check on request.
Naples-trained pizzaiolo, mobile pizza oven, all ingredients (Caputo 00 flour, San Marzano DOP, fior di latte mozzarella, fresh toppings), aprons, dough station setup, unlimited tasting, take-home dough balls, recipe card, and a completion certificate.
