Yes, in most cases — we operate on outdoor terraces, podium gardens and rooftops with strata approval. Indoor operation is not possible (the oven needs outdoor ventilation), but most CBD luxury apartments have a suitable outdoor area. We assist with strata communication.
Naples-trained pizzaiolo, mobile pizza oven, all ingredients (Caputo 00 flour, San Marzano DOP, fior di latte mozzarella, fresh toppings), aprons, dough station setup, unlimited tasting, take-home dough balls, recipe card, and a completion certificate.
