Getting a vehicle as large as our oven trailer into Abbesses requires planning. Many of the streets branching off Place des Abbesses — including stretches of Rue des Trois Frères — are narrow enough that we coordinate access via Rue Caulaincourt or Boulevard de Clichy rather than attempting the steeper lanes. For private jardins or cours intérieures, we confirm vehicle clearance and surface weight tolerance in advance. Events held on private property in the 18ème sit outside the stricter open-public-space permit requirements of the Mairie de Paris, though any courtyard shared with a co-propriété will typically need a signed authorisation from the syndic before the event date.

Most bookings in this part of the 18ème are intimate by design — engagement parties in a Lamarck-side apartment garden, baptême celebrations following a ceremony at a local church, or small corporate dinners hosted in a rented loft near Pigalle. Capacity tends to sit between 35 and 80 guests, which suits our format well. Groups larger than that usually move toward the wider rooftop terraces closer to Anvers or event spaces along the southern edge of Montmartre. Our minimum is 30 guests at €25–€35 per person, with the menu adapted to outdoor service so every pizza reaches the table the way it should — hot, blistered, and finished at roughly 450°C.
